On March 29, 2023, the BOD of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp (PDR) approved the following contents:

1. Received the transfer of shares from Mr. Nguyen Huy Le at Phat Dat Industrial Park Investment and Development Joint Stock Company with 31,800,000 shares, equivalent to the transfer value of VND318,000,000,000, accounting for 15,9% of charter capital.
2. Received the transfer of shares from Mr. Pham Ngoc Dung at Phat Dat Industrial Park Investment and Development Joint Stock Company 31,800,000 shares, equivalent to the transfer value of VND318,000,000,000, accounting for 15,9% of charter capital.
3. After the transfer, PDR will own 199,600,000 shares, equivalent to 1,996,000,000.000 dongs, accounting for 99,8% of charter capital.
