On March 28, 2023, the BOD of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company approved to use its asset to guarantee loan for subsidiary - Saigontel Long An Company Limited at Long An Development Invest Joint Stock Company with the total value of VND121,042,660,000. Accordingly, SGT’s total asset to guarantee loan will be VND119,800,000,000 (including 9,000,000 shares, equivalent to VND90,000,000,000 at Hung Yen Investment and Development Corporation; and 2,980,000 shares, equivalent to VND29,800,000,000 at Saigontel Service and Distribution Joint Stock Company).
