The Board resolution dated March 24, 2023, the BOD of Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation approved the following contents:

1)      The cancellation of the record date (March 16, 2023) to hold the Annual General Meeting 2023.

2)      The cancellation of the meeting date on April 15, 2023.

3)      The postponement of the meeting time but no later than June 30, 2023.
