The Board resolution dated March 17, 2023, TDG GLOBAL Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Result of of stock issuance for dividend payment as follows:

• Estimated issuance volume: 1,677,000 shares
• Distributed volume: 1,676,831 shares
• Number of fractional shares: 169 shares. These shares are cancelled.
• Total shares after the issuance: 18,446,831 shares.

2)      Change of the company’s charter capital from VND167,700,000,000 to VND184,468,310,000.
