On March 20, 2023, South Logistics Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders in form of collecting shareholders’ written opinions to approve the following contents:

1. Approving the cancellation of some business lines.
2. Approving the amendment of the Company’s charter.
3. Approving the purchase of shares of STG from Indo Trans Logistics Corporation without to make the public tender offer with the expected purchase volume to 3,198,550, equivalent to 3.255%.
