The Board resolution dated March 17, 2023, the Board of Directors of Hai An Transport and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company approved the contents of Annual General Meeting 2023 as follows:

-          Report of the BOD;

-          Report of the Supervisory Board;

-          Report of the Chief Executive Officer;

-          Proposal to approve the audited financial statements in 2022;

-          Proposal to approve the 2022 profit allocation and dividend payment;

-          Proposal to approve the business plan in 2023;

-          Proposal to approve the selection of the auditor for the financial statements;

-          Proposal to approve the remuneration of the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2023;

-          Other issues.
