The Board resolution dated March 17, 2023, the BOD of ELCOM Technology Communications Corporation (ELCOM CORP) approved to contribute its capital for establishment of subsidiary as follows:

  • Company name: 1SK Joint Stock Company
  • Charter capital: VND 30,000,000,000 (ELCOM CORP contributed VND 24,000,000,000, equivalent to 80% charter capital of 1SK JSC).
  • To appoint:
  • Mr. Nguyen Van Hai as the company’s contributed capital representative in 1SK JSC for VND15,000,000,000, equivalent to 1,500,000 shares
  • Ms. Vu Thi Ngan Ha as the company’s contributed capital representative in 1SK JSC for VND9,000,000,000, equivalent to 900,000 shares.
