The Board resolution dated March 14, 2023, the Board of Directors of An Phat Holdings Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approved the extension of time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2023 but no later than June 30, 2023.

2)      Approved the record date to hold the Annual General Meeting on April 05, 2023.
