The Board of Directors of Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company approved contents as follows:

1)      Approving to hold Annual General Meeting 2023:

-          Record date: March 14, 2023

-          Meeting date: April 26, 2023.   

-          Meeting venue: T78 Guesthouse, 145 Ly Chinh Thang street, ward 7, district 3, HCM city.

2)      Approving to pay bonus share (14%) and the 2022 dividend in cash (12%).

3)      Approving financial plan for 2023:

-          Revenue:         5,155 billion dongs

-          Total cost:       4,673 billion dongs

-          EPS:                VND1,860/share

-          Dividend (in cash): 12%.
