The Board resolution dated March 08, 2023, the Board of Directors of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:
1) Approved the business result in five years 2023 - 2027.
2) Approved the expansion for the company’s office at 10B Suong Nguyet Anh, Ben Thanh ward, district 1, HCMC.
3) Approved the resignation of Mrs. Nguyen Ha My as member of Internal Audit Department from March 09, 2023.
4) Approved the appointment of Mrs. Tran Thu Ha as member of Internal Audit Department from March 09, 2023.
