An Giang Import - Export Company announces the resolution of the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM), which was convened on December 29, 2022, as follows:

Approving business plan for 2023:

Consolidated revenue: VND4,011 billion

Consolidated profit before tax: VND10 billion.

2. Approving to stop of stock issuance for the 2020, 2021 dividend payment, bonus stock issuance for the existing shareholders and stock issuance for the existing shareholders.
