According to the consolidated financial statements, the profit after tax in Quarter 4/2022 decreased by 2,751 billion dongs, equivalent to the decrease of 24% compared to the Quarter 4/2021 because of the following causes:
- Gross profit from sales and services increased by 934 billion dongs compared to the same period of last year due to the increase in the gross profit from real estate transfer.
- Profit from the financial activities decreased by 3,531 billion dongs due to the decrease in the profit from investments transfer.
According to the separate financial statements, the profit after tax in Quarter 4/2022 increased by 7,954 billion dongs, equivalent to the increase of 352% compared to the Quarter 4/2021 because of the following causes:
- Gross profit from sales and services increased by 10,894 billion dongs compared to the same period of last year due to the increase in the gross profit from real estate transfer.
- Corporate income tax expenses increased by 2,132 billion dongs compared to the same period of last year due to the increase in taxable profit.
