The BOD of Duc Giang Chemicals Group Joint Stock Company approved a plan for the purchase of shares of Tia Sang Battery Joint Stock Company (HNX: TSB) as follows:

- Target company: Tia Sang Battery Joint Stock Company (HNX: TSB)

- Par value: VND10,000/share

- Buying volume: 3,440,252 shares (51% of total distributed shares)

- Buying value: maximum 39,200 dong/share
