Because Hoi An Tourist Holding Company has suffered a loss in business results for 3 consecutive years 2020, 2021 and 2022, so the shares of Hoi An Tourist Holding Company are likely to be delisted if the audited financial statements in 2022 continue to have a negative profit after tax of parent company’s shareholders.
