-        Profit before tax: 487,788 million dongs

-        Profit after tax: 464,597 million dongs.

 2. Approved the consolidated business plan in 2023:

-        Total revenue: 1,711,755 million dongs

-        Total expenses: 1,148,202 million dongs

-        Profit before tax: 563,553 million dongs

-        Profit after tax: 522,910 million dongs.

3. Approved the plan to hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the fiscal year 2022.

4. Approved the record date to hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on March 15, 2023.

5. Approved the plan to distribute profit in 2022 and plan for 2023.
