The Board resolution dated February 15, 2023, the BOD of Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the amendment and supplement of the Company’s charter due to the increase in charter capital from VND2,170,973,230,000 to VND2,518,325,090,000, equivalent to 251,832,509 shares.
2. Approved the registration to change new charter capital of VND2,518,325,090,000 at the Planning and Investment Department of Binh Duong province.
