-       Ex-right date: February 22, 2023 

-       Record date: February 23, 2023                    

-       Purpose: to organize the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and to implement rights for nomination and candidate to elect member of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board in the term 2023-2028.
