The Board resolution dated February 08, 2023, the BOD of BAF Viet Nam Agriculture Joint Stock Company approved the change of the plan to use capital from the first bond offering in 2022 as follows:
- Report on using capital from the offering:
- Total proceeds from the offering according to the plan to use initial capital: 270,719,142 dongs.
- Unused remaining amount: 29,280,857,897 dongs
