The Board resolution dated January 30, 2023, the BOD of Hanoi Plastics Joint Stock Company approved to receive the transfer of shares of PBAT An Phat Joint Stock Company from An Phat Holdings Joint Stock Company with details as follows:

-        Owning volume of NHH in PBAT before the purchase: 5,800,000 shares, accounting for 19.59% charter capital of PBAT

-        Purchase volume: 3,100,000 shares, accounting for 10.47% charter capital of PBAT

-        Expected owning volume of NHH in PBAT after the purchase: 8,900,000 shares, accounting for 30.07% charter capital of PBAT.
