- Owning volume of NHH in PBAT before the purchase: 5,800,000 shares, accounting for 19.59% charter capital of PBAT
- Purchase volume: 3,100,000 shares, accounting for 10.47% charter capital of PBAT
- Expected owning volume of NHH in PBAT after the purchase: 8,900,000 shares, accounting for 30.07% charter capital of PBAT.
