Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam announces the resolution of the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM), which was convened on January 30, 2023, as follows:

Approving to elect Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung as member of the BOD in the term 2018-2023.
Approving to increase charter capital.
