The Board resolution dated January 06, 2023, the Board of Directors of Binh Duong Water Environment Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the first cash dividend payment in 2022 with the exercise ratio of 13%/charter capital. Accordingly, the payment time in April 2023.
2. Approved the plan to hold the Annual General Meeting 2023 will be expected in March 2023.
