-        Number of registered employees: 69 persons

-        Transfer restriction: 01 year from the ending date of the issuance

-        Time for subscription and payment: from December 15, 2022 to December 30, 2022

-        Issue price: VND10,000/share

-        Number of distributed shares: 912,000 shares

-        Number of distributed employees: 53 persons

-        Total proceeds: VND 9,120,000,000

-        Undistributed volume: 88,000 shares.

2. Approved the plan to handle the undistributed shares:

-        Selling volume: 88,000 shares (These shares distributed to other employees)
