An Giang Import - Export Company announces the resolution of the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM), which was convened on December 29, 2022, as follows: 

1. Approving business & investment plan for 2023:

Business plan for 2023:

-        Consolidated revenue: VND4,011 billion

-        Consolidated profit before tax: VND10 billion.

Investment plan for 2023: VND48.7 billion.

     2. Approving to stop of stock issuance for the 2020 dividend payment.
     3. Approving the resignation of Mr. Nghiem Hai Anh as a member of the BOD in the term 2021-2025.
     4. Approving the resignation of Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Oanh as a member of the Supervisory Board in the term 2021-2025.
     5. Approving the election result of members of the BOD and the BOS:

-        Pham Trung Kien – member
-        Nguyen Dong Giang – member.
The BOS:
-        Huynh Minh Phuong – member.
    6. Resolution is valid as of December 29, 2022.
