On December 30, 2022, Tan Tao Investment and Industry Corporation (ITACO) issued Decision to approve the liquidation of land lease contract with Tan Tao Energy Development corporation (TEDC). Accordingly, ITACO recovered the land and returned the entire amount excluding VAT of VND855,105,454,544 that TEDC paid to ITACO. However, ITACO will set off the debt with TEDC for the amount of VND 555,105,454,544 and refund to TEDC the remaining amount of 300,000,000,000.
