On December 30, 2022, Hanoi Beer Alcohol and Beverage Joint Stock Corporation signed an agreement with Habeco Commerce One Member Company Limited (Habeco Co.,Ltd). Accordingly, the agreement value will be more than 10% the Company’s total assets (at the reviewed consolidated financial statements in six months of 2022).
