1. Approving the report  the consolidate financial statement in Quarter 4/2022 and 2022.
2. Approving the second phase of 2022 dividend payment in cash: 10% (VND10,000/share); payment date: in February 2023.
3. Approving to hold Annual General Meeting 2023 as follows:

-        Record date: expected on March 08, 2023

-        Meeting date: expected on April 26, 2023 

-        Meeting venue: Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company.
