Dividend pay-out ratio:           20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)

Payment date:                          March 08, 2023         

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Sea & Air Freight International as from March 08, 2023.
