According to Board Resolution No.03/2023 dated January 13, 2023, the Board of Directors of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company approved to implement the works after completing the ESOP.
The Board of Directors also approved the report on result of ESOP as follows:
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 1,000,000 shares
- Number of distributed shares: 1,000,000 shares
- Number of distributed shareholders: 53 shareholders.
