On January 10, 2023, the 2023 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of BOS Securities Joint Stock Company was organized. However, there were less than 50% total voting shares of the Company according to the list of shareholders closed on December 05, 2022. Therefore, the 2023 Extraordinary General Meeting of BOS Securities Joint Stock Company was not eligible to proceed. The Company will organize the second Extraordinary General Meeting and announce meeting date and venue in invitation letters to shareholders.
