The Board resolution dated January 11, 2023, the BOD of Binh Duong Construction and Civil Engineering Joint Stock Company approved the adjustment to the plan for using capital from the issuance as follows:
To transfer VND 3,500,000,000 out of a total of VND 20,000,000,000 (the estimated amount of construction fee payment for the Bau Bang Workers Housing project) will be changed to the construction fee payment for the Binh Phuoc Workers Housing project.
