On January 09, 2023, the BOD of Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Industry And Trade issued the following issues:

Approved the deposit framework agreement in VND between et Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Industry And Trade and MUFG bank – Ho Chi Minh branch (is a major shareholder of VietinBank).
Approved the transaction limit agreement on the interbank market between VietinBank and MUFG bank – Ho Chi Minh branch (is a major shareholder of VietinBank).
