The Board resolution dated September 05, 2022, the BOD of Louis Capital Joint Stock Company approved the adjustment of the transfer price of shares of Sametel Corporation (SMT) invested by Louis Capital Joint Stock Company. Details are as follows:

- Owning volume: 2,800,100 shares, equivalent to 51.2% charter capital

- Estimated selling volume: 2,800,100 shares

- Actual transfer price approved: no less than VND20,000/share

- Adjusted transfer price: no less than the invested price.
