The Board resolution dated September 05, 2022, the BOD of Lam Son Sugar Joint Stock Corporation approved the following issues:

1)      Approved the charter capital of Tam Phu Hung Hi – Tech Food Company Limited to VND75,737,621,024.

2)      Approved the charter capital of Tam Phu Hung Hi – Tech Food Company Limited invested by Lam Son Sugar Joint Stock Corporation with fixed assets of 64,337,621,024 dongs.

3)      Approved the amendment, supplement of charter of Tam Phu Hung Hi – Tech Food Company Limited with new charter capital of VND75,737,621,024.
