According to the reviewed consolidated financial statements in six months of 2022, the profit after tax decreased by 10,607 billion dongs, equivalent to the decrease of 66% compared to the same period of 2021 because of the following causes:
- Gross profit from sales and services decreased by 14,746 billion dongs compared to the same period of last year due to the decrease in the gross profit from real estate transfer.
- The financial income increased by 1,838 billion dongs compared to the same period of last year due to the increase in the income from loan interest and profit from business cooperation.
According to the reviewed separate financial statements in six months of 2022, the profit after tax decreased by 6,603 billion dongs, equivalent to the decrease of 87% compared to the same period of 2021 because of the following causes:
- Gross profit from sales and services decreased by 1,012 billion dongs compared to the same period of last year due to the decrease in the gross profit from sales consulting activities.
- Finance income decreased by 5,938 billion dongs compared to the same period of last year due to the decrease in the income from devidend payment and profit from business cooperation.
