The Board resolution dated September 26, 2022, the BOD of Lien Viet Post Joint Stock Commercial Bank approved the plan to increase its charter capital with details as follows:

-          Charter capital before the issuance: VND15,035,859,930,000

-          Stock volume: 1,503,585,993 sahres

-          Par value: VND10,000

-          Additonal increase capital: VND5,255,378,980,000, equivalent to 525,537,898 shares; Of which:

+ Stock issuance to pay dividend for 2021 with the rate of 15%: 2,255,378,980,000 dongs, equivalent to 225,537,898 shares

+ Public offering: 3,000,000,000,000 dongs, equivalent to 300,000,000 sahers.

-          Expected charter capital after the issuance: VND20,291,238,910,000, equivalent to 2,029,123,891 shares.

-          Time of implementation: 2022 or 2023.
