According to the Board resolution dated September 22, 2022, Agribank Securities Corporation announces the amendment to the Board resolution dated September 05, 2022 as follows:

“Approving the policy on the signing of contract on issue advisory, listing advisory, issue agency, registration and depository agency in Public Offering 2022 of bonds Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) with the estimated issue value of VND10,000 billion and the management service provision contract for undeposited bondholders between Agribank and Agribank Securities Corporation.”
