The Board resolution dated September 21, 2022, the BOD of Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company approved to transfer 11.1% contributed capital in Diamond Bay Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the price transfer price is not lower than the value of capital contribution.
