The Board resolution dated September 20, 2022, the BOD of Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the amendment of the Company’s Establishment and Operation License/Business Registration Certificate with new charter capital of VND1,487,383,110,000.
2. Approved the amendment of the Company’s charter with new charter capital of VND1,487,383,110,000.
3. Approved the additional registration at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and the additional listing on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 33,791,500 shares. Time of implementation will be expected in September 2022 or October 2022.
