The Board resolution dated September 15, 2022, the BOD of Saigon Real – Estate Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved business result in first six months of 2022:

-          Net sales:             18 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax:    14.8 billion dongs

1. Approved the business plan in 2022:

-          Total investment: 1,164 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax:    185 billion dongs.

1. Approved the signing of economic contract with Sai Gon Riverside Investment Company Limited and Ha An Real Estate Business Investment Joint Stock Company.
