1. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Vu Thi Hong Lieu as Person in charge of Financial Accounting Department of the Company from September 15, 2022.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Le Thanh Hai as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company from September 15, 2022.
3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Tran Vu Anh as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company from September 15, 2022.
4. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Le Thi My Dung as Authorized Person to disclose information of the Company from September 15, 2022.
5. Approved the resignation of Mr. Le Thanh Hai as Chief Accountant of the Company from September 15, 2022.
