The Board resolution dated September 14, 2022, the BOD of Viglacera Corporation - JSC approved to pay first cash dividend for 2022 as follows:

- Record date: September 28, 2022

- Exercise ratio: 10% (1,000 dongs/share)

- Payment date: October 19, 2022.
