On September 12, 2022, the Board of Directors of Clever Group Corporation approved a plan for issuing shares to dividend payment:

-          Exercise ratio: 7.5%

-          Estimated issue volume: 1,500,000 shares

-          Total issue value: VND15,000,000,000.

-          Financial resource: Undistributed profit after tax

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

Time of implementation: expected from Quarter III/2022 to Quarter IV/2022.
