-          Stock name: Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation

-          Stock code: SRF

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Charter capital before the issuance: VND355,667,800,000

-          Number of outstanding shares: 33,786,780 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 1,780,000 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 1,689,339 shares

-          Total value of issuance (at par value): VND16,893,390,000

-          Expected charter capital after the issuance: VND372,561,190,000

-          Exercise ratio: 5% (Those who own 100 shares will receive 05 new shares)

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 549 shares. With 5% exercise ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 549*5/100 = 27.45 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 27 new shares and fractional shares of 0.45 share will be cancelled.

-           Time of implementation: expected in Quarter 3/2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
