According to the Board resolution dated August 02, 2022, the Board of Directors of ACC Binh Duong Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company approved the investment in fixed assets with the minimum amount of VND78,084,000,000 (VAT included).
The Board of Directors approved the credit agreement with Dong Nai Branch of Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank), as follows:
- Short-term loan: VND300 billion;
- Underwriting limit: VND30 billion;
- Maximum loan amount for fixed asset investment: VND50 billion.
