On August 24, 2022, Kien Giang Construction Investment Consultancy Group issued Decision to approve the following contents:

1. The capital contribution to establish CICREAL Real Estate Joint Stock Company with total amount of VND10,200,000,000, equivalent to 1,020,000 shares, accounting for 51% charter capital of CICREAL Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
2. The appointment of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hong – Deputy Chief Executive Officer as Representative of contributed capital of CKG in CICREAL Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
