According to Decision No.229/QD-SGDHCM dated April 14, 2022 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, VFG stock of Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company was put under supervision status because the audited companies expressed qualified opinions on the audited annual financial statements for 02 consecutive years (2020 and 2021). This is subjected to the controlled securities.

On August 16, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received the 2022 interim reviewed financial statements from Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, there is still a qualified opinion on the 2022 interim reviewed financial statements.

Therefore, HOSE notes the possibility of delisting of VFG stock if the audit company continues expressing a qualified opinion on the 2022 audited financial statements.
