-         Stock type: common share

-         Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-         Charter capital before the issuance: VND142,051,160,000

-         Number of shares issued: 14,205,116 shares

-         Number of outstanding shares: 14,205,116 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 700,000 shares

-         Total value (at par value): VND7,000,000,000

-         Issuance ratio: 4.93%

-         Selling price: VND 10,000/share

-         Estimated mobilized amount: VND7,000,000,000

-         Time of implementation: expected in Quarter III/2022 or Quarter IV/2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

2. Approved the Regulation on stock issuance under ESOP.
