The Board resolution dated August 15, 2022, the BOD of Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company the following issues:

1. Approved the increase in charter capital from VND427,525,860,000 to VND747,525,860,000, equivalent to 74,752,586 shares.
2. Approved the amendment of the Company’s charter with new charter capital.
3. Approved to register to deposit 32,000,000 newly-issued shares at the Vietnam Securities Depository and list them on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
