The Board resolution dated July 29, 2022, the BOD of Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation approved the policy to buy 16,660,000 shares, equivalent to 49% charter capital of Tekcom Central Corporation with the estimated transfer value of VND166,600,000,000. The time of implementation in 2023 after the ending of the share private placement in 2022.
