Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company explained has the movements of the consolidated financial statements in Quarter 2/2022 as follows:

        The Group’s profit after tax in Quarter 2/2022 was VND4,023 billion, decreased by VND5,722 billion, equivalent to 58.7% compared to the same period of 2021(Quarter 2/2021 was VND9,745 billion) due to high fuel price and increased transportation costs. However, fluctuating steel prices fell sharply compared to the same period, exchange rates and bank interest rates increased. This negatively affects the profit of the Group.
